For issues that require IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, please call the emergency maintenance line. Calls without voicemails will not be returned, so please be sure to leave a detailed message. Voicemails left on the maintenance line (non-emergency) will not be returned until the next business day. It is very important that you select the emergency extension.
What Counts As An Emergency?
Anything that's an immediate safety risk or could cause major damage if it waits: no heat in winter, active water leaks, gas smell, sewage backup, broken exterior doors/windows, or fire/smoke.
What's NOT an emergency?
A single appliance issue, a slow drain, one outlet that's out, a dripping faucet, AC that's running but not as cold as you'd like — these are routine tickets. Submit them through the portal and we'll get to them in normal business hours.
