Pet Policies

Grandvilla and Hamilton Park Apartments allow cats and dogs under 50 pounds. All pets must be pre-approved.

Fees:

Upfront, non refundable fee: $200.00

Monthly pet rent: $35 for the 1st pet, $20 for the second.

Unfortunately we cannot accept the following breeds :

Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow doberman Pinscher, Irish Wolfhound, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Presa Canrio, Wolf Hybrid, Great Dane, Boxer, Dalmatian, Pitbull, American Bulldog, Mastiff, Saint Bernard, German Shepherd, Australian Shepherd, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Bull Terrier.
